The JTEC Board is a decision-making body comprising representatives of stakeholders who can promote the interests of tertiary education. The Chairman of the Board reports directly to the Minister of Education. The CEO of JTEC sits on the Board, and the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Education, or their representative, also sits on the Board.
