Overview of TEMIS

TEMIS is a web‑based, interactive management information system designed to centralise data from higher‑education institutions in Jamaica. It supports JTEC’s mandate to improve quality, transparency, and accountability in the tertiary sector.

  • Strengthen data management capacity across tertiary institutions.
  • Improve collection, storage, analysis, and reporting of higher‑education information.
  • Support evidence‑based decision‑making at institutional and national levels.
